Where do we deliver to? Due to the perishable nature of our stock, we only deliver nationwide.

£3.20 - Royal Mail standard rate to England, Wales and Scotland.

£3.68 - Royal Mail express rate to England, Wales and Scotland.

How long does it take?  We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 - 2 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 3 - 4 days. Please allow extra time due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. 

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?  If nobody was in when we attempted to deliver something to your address, Royal Mail will leave a red 'something for you' card. The card explains why we couldn't deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.

I'm ordering a few things, will they all come in one package? We aim to dispatch all items at the same time in one package, and they will normally be delivered in one delivery. 

What if I wish to return the goods I have ordered or my parcel is damaged ? Contact us through email hello@planetgoodearth.com and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods.
